Beyond Limits Business Group is a peer-led community created for neurodivergent and disabled entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives, and business owners to connect through shared understanding, encouragement, and lived experience.
We understand that building and running a business can sometimes feel isolating — especially when traditional networking spaces don’t always feel accessible, inclusive, or understanding of different needs and ways of thinking. Beyond Limits offers a welcoming environment where members can connect without the pressure to mask, explain themselves, or fit into conventional expectations.
Our community is built on mutual support, genuine connection, and celebrating each person’s unique strengths. Members are encouraged to share their businesses, promote their services, showcase their work, and build a supportive customer base within a community that values accessibility, creativity, and collaboration. It’s a space to exchange opportunities, gain confidence, ask for advice, and support one another both personally and professionally.

Craft & Connect Creative Workshops
Our Craft & Connect Networking Workshops offer something a little different from traditional networking events. Instead of feeling pressured to introduce yourself or make a sales pitch, each session combines a relaxing, hands-on craft activity with the opportunity to connect, share ideas and build genuine relationships with other small business owners.
Working on a creative project together helps break the ice naturally, making conversations feel more comfortable and less overwhelming. Whether you're just starting your business or have been self-employed for years, you'll be welcomed into a friendly and supportive environment where you can exchange experiences, celebrate successes, discuss challenges and encourage one another.
These workshops are designed to be inclusive, particularly for those who may find conventional networking difficult, including neurodivergent entrepreneurs, disabled business owners and anyone who prefers a quieter, more relaxed approach to meeting new people. You'll leave not only with a handmade craft to take home, but also with new ideas, increased confidence and valuable connections that can support both you and your business as it grows. There will only be a max of 8 people at each workshop.
