Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.

Please note the following;

1. Sarah Dodd retains all rights to all artwork, even those sold & commissioned original paintings.

2. Sarah Dodd retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original piece)

3. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior permission from the artist.

4. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.

Pricing Guide
Pet Portraits are available in 4 different sizes (A5, 7 x 10 inch, A4 & A3). If you are wanting more than one pet on a Pet Portrait, there will be an additional charge of £15 per pet. Please makesure you choose the correct options before checking out in the shop area.

Commission work can be paid either by bank transfer/cash or card machine. I require a 50% deposit when you place your order for a personalised commission. Personlised commissions can be ordered via email [email protected].

Online Courses
All of the online courses are listed on my website and social media pages. Our online courses can be purchased and downloaded via our Etsy shop.

Handmade Products

Due to their nature, Shining Bright Arts, Crafts & Illustration cannot guarantee that handmade Products will be identical in appearance or will not contain imperfections that occur naturally during the production process.

Dried Flowers

Please keep in mind that no two flowers are the same. The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s)

The colours of products when viewed on your computer monitor may appear different than the actual colour of the merchandise. We make every attempt to give you a good representation of the available colours for each product sold, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact match. Dye lot variance of 1 to 2 shades is considered normal.

CARING FOR YOUR DRIED FLOWERS;
Handle with care as dried flowers are delicate and it is quite normal for some petals to drop. Dried flowers last for months, to help preserve them - keep them away from direct light, heat and moisture. The colour will inevitably fade over time, but keeping them away from direct light will slow this process.

Returns or Cancellations - Commission Work
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your order but this does not apply to items that are personalised or bespoke. We are confident that you will be happy with your order, but should you want to return any item bought from Shining Bright Arts, Crafts & Illustration, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing the item is returned in a re-saleable condition. Bespoke or personalised items can not be returned once payment has been made.

In the unlikely event that any item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours so we can rectify it.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred in the return of the item, unless returning a faulty item. Please note that we can not be responsible for any packages that fail to reach us, therefore we suggest that you return your item using a trackable method such as the Royal Mail signed for service.

Delivery
Delivery for the commissions, is normally within 14 working days from date of order.
We offer FREE UK delivery. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Larger items will be tracked via Parcelforce.

As certain products are made to order, for example Pet Portraits then delivery can be anything from 2 - 3 weeks depending on design requirements and busy periods. If you are planning on a personalised gift, please try and order well in advance. If you do require an item sooner we will always try to accommodate these requests.

Items ordered via our Shop will be despatched within 1 -3 days of ordering.

Any content supplied by you must be free of Copyright, be your own property or be supplied with the permission of the originator (requested by you). Shining Bright Arts, Crafts & Illustration reserves the right to refuse to produce anything of an offensive or illegal nature and will not be responsible for breach of Copyright/intellectual property infringement on any materials supplied by you.
