Session Details

Price: £35 per hour
Location: My home, by appointment.

Sessions are relaxed, friendly and tailored to you. There is no pressure to know everything or have all the answers. We can break things down into manageable steps and focus on practical solutions that work for you.

I understand that running a business can feel particularly challenging when you are neurodivergent, disabled, living with a long-term health condition, or experiencing isolation. My aim is to provide a welcoming, understanding space where you can ask questions, explore ideas and feel supported without judgement.

You don't have to figure everything out alone. Let's work together to find a way forward that suits you and your business.

Please contact me to discuss your needs and arrange a session. As sessions take place in my home, the address and any access information will be provided when a booking is agreed.

Please note: One-to-One support provides general business guidance and encouragement. It is not a substitute for specialist legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
